Teacher on the Rise Honor

LMS Coach Haley George was surprised on Friday when she was named Mrs. Baird's Teacher on the Rise! LMS 8th grader Myrcea Barber nominated Coach George. She wrote a full page of great things and said that Ms. George makes a difference in everyone's lives on the court, in the classroom and in life. Coach George received a $100 United card, Mrs. Baird's treats, and a nice meal at TTU Athletic Club. Myrcea received a $50 gift card too! Congratulations, Coach George on making a difference and being honored as a Teacher on the Rise.
