Pumpkins

Just in time for Halloween, Mrs. Tara Friers’ LMS students put their creativity to work with a fun pumpkin-painting project that was about so much more than art! Students explored feelings and emotions while learning important life skills like planning, making decisions, following step-by-step directions, and completing a project from start to finish. Each student created a plan, chose a design, and brought their pumpkin masterpiece to life! These hands-on experiences help students build independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills, all while having fun! We are so proud of these Lobos for their hard work, creativity, and determination to do their very best! Every pumpkin is as unique and special as the student who painted it!
