Coach Braziel & Coach Chambers are excited to welcome everyone who will be playing Middle School Tennis this year! We can't wait for each of you to become part of the PACK Tennis family!

As the new school year approaches, please complete the following before the first day of school:

1. Physical (7th graders & new athletes): If you are entering 7th grade or are new to athletics, please complete your required physical before the first day of school if possible.
2. Complete Rank One Forms: Visit RankOne.com to complete all required UIL paperwork.
   • Select Online Forms
   • Choose Texas
   • Select Levelland ISD
   • Create an account and complete all forms
   • Be sure to add Tennis to your student's profile.
3. Tennis Shoes: Please have a good pair of athletic shoes. Tennis shoes are available at Academy, Tennis Outlet in Lubbock, or online. If you're just getting started, any sturdy athletic shoes that can handle the tennis courts will work.
4. Tennis Racquet: Please purchase a tennis racquet as soon as possible, as we have a limited number of extras available. Academy is a great place to find an affordable option. Be sure to purchase a full-size (27-inch) racquet.
5. Join SportsYou: New 7th graders and incoming 8th graders should email Coach Braziel at jbraziel@levellandisd.net to receive the LMS Tennis SportsYou code. This is our primary way to communicate with parents and players.
6. Stay Connected: Watch our Facebook page and SportsYou for announcements and updates. We are planning to hold a parent meeting before school begins and will share the date as soon as it is finalized.
