LMS takes great pride in its beloved Lobo Diner tradition! Sponsored by Mrs. Melissa Young and Mrs. Christine Burt, the Lobo Diner is powered by students who do all the work. Every Monday, LMS teachers submit their favorite recipes, and each submission earns a spot on a digital prize wheel. Mrs. Young then spins the wheel to select the featured recipe of the week! The Lobo Diner class studies the recipe, gathers the ingredients, and prepares the dish. On Friday, they deliver samples to the teachers who submitted the recipe and also serve the tasty treat at lunch for all LMS educators. Aren’t they lucky?
