Adopt A Cow!

LMS students in Mrs. Reba Grigg's classroom are participating in the Adopt A Cow Program and have adopted an actual live calf growing up on a dairy farm. Her name is Courtny from Rottinghaus Dairy Farm, located in Seneca, KS. Their calf will not be living at LMS but they will receive monthly updates about her that include information & data, pictures & videos. These updates will include lessons and activities related to her growth, how she is cared for on the farm, and how milk is produced on the farm. Mrs. Grigg's students are excited to follow her journey on the farm while learning more about dairy farming and where milk comes from.
